Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation containing all the details of your purchase.

Shipping

All orders are typically processed in 3 - 5 business days.

You will receive all the details of how your order will be shipped .

Shipping rates are based upon size and weight, and the destination of the order.

We do ship internationally, but customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Returns and Exchanges

We will always do our best to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but if you wish to return the item, please get in touch with us immediately, giving your order description and reasons for return.

If you have initiated a return, we will do our best to help and discuss further instructions for the return. The item should then be returned within 3 days in its original condition, using the original packaging.

If a return has been agreed, any refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

If there is a problem and you wish to exchange the item purchased, please contact us.

In all cases, if a long period has passed before you contact us, I may not accept the return.

Damaged or Lost Items

Please check your item for damage upon receipt. If there is a problem and your item has been damaged

please contact us immediately with the details and photos of the damage.
