Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation containing all the details of your purchase.
Custom Orders
For custom sculpture orders, please contact us directly, where any individual questions can be answered.
All custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% and may take up to 4 weeks to complete depending on the sculpture.
Payment
We accept all payment methods, all major credit cards and PayPal.
All transactions are processed securely and we do not store any payment information.
Shipping
All orders are typically processed in 3 - 5 business days. ( Unless it is a custom order )
You will receive all the details of how your order will be shipped and any tracking details on dispatch.
Shipping rates are based upon size and weight and the destination of the order.
We do ship internationally, but customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.
Returns and Exchanges
We will always do our best to ensure you are happy with your sculpture, but if you wish to return the item please contact us immediately
giving your order description and reasons for return.
Please note Custom Orders are not returnable.
If you have initiated a return, we will do our best to help and discus further instructions for the return.
The item should then be returned within 3 days in it's original condition, using the original packaging.
If a return has been agreed any refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
If there is a problem and you wish to exchange the sculpture purchased, please contact us.
In all cases if a long period of time has passed before you contact us I may not accept the return.
Damaged or Lost Items
Please check your item for damage upon receipt. If there is a problem and your sculpture has been damaged
please contact us immediately with the details and photos of the damage.
We always want to ensure that all sculptures are received in perfect condition,
but if damage has occurred we will do all we canto resolve the situation.
I will always inform you of the tracking details when your item is dispatched, but if you have not received your package
or the tracking has not been updated for a long time please contact us.
If a package has been marked on tracking as delivered, any losses are not our responsibility.
For custom orders please contact us as soon as possible.

We always respect your privacy and data at bg and zee and will not share your personal information with any third parties, except where necessary to process your order.
